They are best eaten slightly warmed so that the chocolate is a little melted. These croissants are made with flour that is finely milled and non-GMO and freeze perfectly. CROISSANT DOUGH: Unbleached Flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Milk (milk, Vitamin D3), Butter (cream, natural flavors), Brown Sugar, Salt, Yeast (yeast, sorbitan monostearate). FILLING: Sugar, Cocoa Paste, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier: Lecithin, Vanilla Flavor. May contain traces of nuts and milk GLAZE: Eggs, Milk.

Your croissants will come chilled in your produce box. You can freeze them for future use, or enjoy them right away!
To Refresh: Pre-heat oven to 375F. Remove croissants from the freezer bag and place on an unlined baking sheet. Heat for 2 or 3 minutes, then remove from the oven and let stand at room temperature until the chill is gone from the interior (10-15 minutes). YUM!
NOTE: Do not wrap refreshed croissants in plastic wrap for storage on the countertop because they will lose their flaky, crispy exterior. Instead, either freeze (recommended), or place in a pastry box / paper bag to allow air to circulate.
