8.2 Chargeback Policy
Before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly.
Most billing disputes can be resolved quickly without the need for a chargeback process. Fraudulent or
unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension and referral to collections for any confirmed valid
charges.

8.3 Governing Law
These terms and policies are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes not resolved
through customer service may be submitted to binding arbitration in El Paso County, Colorado, in accordance
with applicable state law.
