Terms & Policies
Delivery Policy
4.1 Delivery Procedures
• Deliveries are made to the address on file during your assigned delivery window
• If you are not home, your box will be left at your front door or designated safe spot
• Delivery drivers will not leave boxes in unsecured or inaccessible locations
• For apartment buildings, contact your building manager to coordinate lobby or doorstep delivery
4.2 Undeliverable Orders
Farm To Fork Colorado is not responsible for failed deliveries under the following circumstances:
• Inaccessible delivery location (gated community without provided access code, locked building without
lobby access)
• Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
• Workplace or business closure on scheduled delivery day please skip your delivery in advance if
applicable
• Unsafe delivery conditions (severe weather, road closures)
In cases of failed delivery due to the above, no refund or replacement will be issued. Please ensure your
delivery information is accurate and your location is accessible.
4.3 Stolen Deliveries
We take great care in delivering your order safely. However, Farm To Fork Colorado does not assume liability
for packages that are stolen after a confirmed delivery is made. We encourage customers to use a designated
delivery location (porch, side door, garage area) or coordinate with a neighbor if you are concerned about
porch theft.
TIP If theft is an ongoing concern at your location, contact us to discuss alternative drop
arrangements, including neighbor delivery or a building office drop if available.
4.4 Delivery Route Changes
Farm To Fork Colorado reserves the right to adjust delivery routes, schedules, and service areas with a
minimum of 7 days’ notice. If your area is removed from our service zone, you will receive a full refund of any
prepaid amounts and assistance transitioning to an alternate pickup option if available.
4.5 Weather & Emergency Delays
Colorado weather can be unpredictable. In cases of severe weather, road closures, or other emergencies
beyond our control, deliveries may be delayed or rescheduled. We will communicate delays as quickly as
possible via email. Delayed deliveries due to weather are not eligible for refund but will be rescheduled to the
next available date.

Product Quality & Freshness Standards
6.1 Our Sourcing Commitment
Farm To Fork Colorado sources from 80+ local Colorado farms operating under our Shop Colorado First
philosophy. All produce is farm-fresh and harvested close to delivery day. Because we work with living crops
and seasonal agriculture, the following natural variations are expected and are not quality defects:
• Size and appearance variation from produce to produce (natural, not a defect)
• Seasonal item substitutions when crops are unavailable (we will notify you of substitutions)
• Minor cosmetic imperfections on organic or naturally grown items
6.2 Box Contents & Substitutions
Box contents are subject to availability based on weekly harvests from our farm partners. Specific items listed
in advance are subject to change. When a substitution is made, we will select a comparable item of equal or
greater value. Customers with specific allergies or dietary restrictions should use the disliked items feature in
their account or contact us directly.
6.3 Allergen Disclaimer
⚠️ Farm To Fork Colorado products are produced and packed in a facility that handles a wide variety of
produce, nuts, honey, eggs, dairy, and grain products. We cannot guarantee that any product is free from
cross-contamination with allergens. Customers with severe food allergies should exercise caution and
contact us before ordering.
6.4 Artisan & Add-On Products
Local artisan goods (honeys, baked goods, condiments, etc.) are sourced from small-batch Colorado
producers. These products carry their own manufacturer expiration dates. If an artisan product arrives
damaged or past its printed date, contact us within 48 hours for a credit or replacement.
