Refund Policy
1.1 Produce Quality Guarantee
Farm To Fork Colorado stands behind the quality of every item in your harvest box. Because we work directly
with farms, we are committed to resolving any produce quality concern quickly and fairly.
Eligible for Full Credit or Replacement:
• Produce that arrives spoiled, moldy, or visibly damaged upon delivery
• Items that are significantly different from what was advertised or ordered
• Incorrect items delivered due to a Farm To Fork packing error
• Missing items from your confirmed order
HOW TO REPORT
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery by phone at (719) 301-7670 or email at
info@farmtoforkcolorado.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue
where possible.
We will issue a store credit or replacement item on your next delivery at our discretion based on product
availability. Credits are applied automatically to your account and never expire.
1.2 What Is Not Eligible for Refund
• Produce that was correctly delivered and has naturally ripened or softened after delivery
• Customer preference changes (e.g., “I don’t like beets”) please use your disliked items list in your
account to avoid items you don’t want
• Boxes that were left at the wrong address due to customer-provided incorrect delivery instructions
• Orders cancelled after the cut-off deadline (see Section 3)
• Voucher-related charges due to incorrectly applied discount codes (see Section 5)
1.3 Refund Method & Timeline
• All approved refunds are issued as account credit within 1–2 business days
• Credit card refunds may be issued in exceptional circumstances and take 5–7 business days to appear
• Cash refunds are not available
• Store credits have no expiration date and apply automatically to your next order
Subscription & Billing Policy
2.1 How Subscriptions Work
Farm To Fork Colorado operates on a recurring subscription model. By signing up, you authorize us to charge
your payment method on file according to the frequency you select: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
• Subscriptions automatically renew on the day after your last scheduled delivery
• You may update your subscription frequency, box size, or add-ons at any time through your account
portal before your order cut-off
• Subscriptions do not require a minimum commitment period and may be paused or cancelled at any
time
2.2 Payment Processing
• Payment is processed 2 business days prior to each scheduled delivery
• Accounts with unpaid balances will be placed on hold and deliveries paused until payment is received
• Balances 30 days past due will incur a $10.00 late fee
• Accounts 90 days past due may be referred to a collections agency
⚠️ Important: Ensure your payment information is current in your account at all times. Farm To Fork
Colorado is not responsible for missed deliveries due to failed payment processing.
2.3 Failed Payments
If your payment fails, we will attempt to notify you by email and phone. Your delivery will be held until payment
is resolved. We will make up to two (2) retry attempts within 48 hours. If payment cannot be processed, your
order for that week will be cancelled and your subscription paused.
2.4 Pricing Changes
Farm To Fork Colorado reserves the right to adjust pricing due to seasonal availability, farm costs, or
operational changes. You will be notified by email at least 7 days before any pricing change affects your
subscription. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated
pricing.
Non-Delivery Due to Missed Deadlines or Payment Failure Farm To Fork Colorado does not issue refunds for orders that are pulled due to unresolved payment issues or missed skip/modification deadlines. Inventory is sourced and packed to order, and customers are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information and managing their subscriptions prior to the billing cutoff. Weekend and after-hours submissions are processed within 1–2 business days and may not be resolved in time to affect an upcoming delivery.
