Rocking W Cheese is nestled in the small town of Olathe, Colorado, and it all started back in 1965 with the family’s own herd of dairy cows. Then in 2008, Rocking W Cheese & Milk was opened to offer fresh milk and artisan cheese to the community. Rocking W Cheese is the only artisanal cheese producer on the Western Slope of Colorado. You can taste the Colorado air within the artisan crafted cheese.
