Spread or Ball
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoon Pesto & Pastabilities
Combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least three hours. Serve as a spread or roll into a ball and cover with chopped pecans, walnuts, or toasted pine nuts. Serve with crackers, melba rounds, bagels, pita chips, etc.
Dip
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoon Pesto & Pastabilities
Mix together and refrigerate three hours or longer. Great with vegetables, crackers or on baked potatoes.
FOR PESTO SAUCE
Thin cream cheese mixture with a little milk or whipping cream and heat gently. Pour over favorite pasta.
Ingredients: Basil, Onion, Tomatoes, Red Pepper, Garlic, Black Pepper.
