Roasted red bell peppers. Makes a great spread or butter blend.
NOTE: Place contents of package into a clean jar. Shake well. It is important to mix up the spices before making each recipe. Store remaining dry mix in a cool, dry place
For all recipes--- Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving
Spread
- 5 tablespoons roasted red the pepper seasoning
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- OR (substitute cream cheese & mayo blend for) 9-12 oz whipped cream cheese
DIP
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 ½ tablespoon roasted red seasoning
BUTTER BLEND
- ½ cup softened butter
- 2 ½ tablespoons of roasted red pepper seasoning
Try the dip with vegetables, crackers or chips Can also be used as a sauce for crab cakes or for other types of fish!
Try the butter blend for frying hash browns, paninis or other grilled sandwiches, sautéing vegetables, or for frying fish!
For pasta sauce, add butter blend into your pan and slowly incorporate heavy whipping cream. Adding some shredded parmesan cheese might even make it more delicious!
