For the chicken:
- 1 lb chicken breast or thighs (diced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper

INSTRUCTION
1. Season the chicken
In a bowl, mix chicken with olive oil, spices, and lime juice.
Let sit for 10–15 minutes (or longer if you have time).
2. Cook
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken for 6–8 minutes until fully cooked and slightly charred.
3. Warm tortillas
